ASHLAND - Borough police are investigating a strange incident that occurred Thursday at Rite Aid Pharmacy when a man wearing a bandanna over his face stopped at the drive-up window, waved at the employees and drove away.

Police Chief Adam J. Bernodin Jr. received the call about the incident at 1:13 p.m.

"When I arrived on scene, I spoke to a pharmacy employee who told me that a guy got out of his car, knocked on the window wearing a blue bandanna from his nose down, waved to them, got back in his little black car and left," Bernodin said. "That's all it was."

The employee said the man had short brown hair, wore a bright tie-dye-type shirt and the blue bandanna.

"He didn't do anything else but get out of his car, knocked on the window, waved and left," Bernodin said. "There's nothing to show he attempted to do anything else."

Bernodin and a Butler Township police officer searched the area for the vehicle that the employees described, but without a make or model, the search turned up nothing.

"How many little black cars are there?" Bernodin said.

if they reported something like this, either they have a weirdo in the town or they were bored and looking for some excitement

The employee was probably a Paranoid.
& the masked man a friend of hers
There is a Parade in ASHLAND Tomorrow.
Perhaps Giving her a sneak Peak at his Costume.

========

about a month ago I saw some guy walking along
Rt. 61 walking towards
pottsville. all in Black, Cape, Wide Brim black hat,
And his whole face covered with the exception of his eyes.
in 90 degree weather.

Remided me of a dracula wanna Be.

There was a state cop in front of me who
never even Batted an eye, or tapped his breaks.
Just kept going.

That's kind of like a guy pulling open his trenchcoat and "flashing," when he is fully clothed underneath.

Ho hum...Either it was a full moon or the local donut shop was closed...
