Maker ID and value help needed

I posted this in the "Whats it worth" forum but have no responses yet. Hopefully someone here has seen one similar. I came across this decanter / shot glass holder, it's non magnetic. Anyone have any idea on the maker and or value?

Looks like a whisky decanter set to me. Any idea on the composition of the holder? Metal? Brass? Are the glasses or bottle marked in any way?

Check out vintage bar ware on eBay or Google as well. This might help.

The base is a non magnetic metal, maybe brass. I haven't found anything similar on ebay or google. Not really sure what style to call it and the only mark is on the base. Nothing on the glasses or the decanter.
