Man Made Or Just A Odd Rock

My grandfather found this piece 50 years ago at the campsite where I still hunt atrifacts today, it is sandstone and will fit in the palm of your hand. is it man made or just a odd rock ? Either way artifact or just a odd rock I'll keep it. It was in the artifact's my grandfather left to me before he passed away.
