MANGLED SILVER COLONIAL SPOON UPDATE

I dug this unhallmarked silver spoon at a cellar hole site last month.
the bowl was badly mangled and sent it to a silversmith to have him fix it for $15.
I think he should have or could have done a better job on the back of the bowl but,considering what it looked like before I guess I should be happy

there was no hallmark Dave. so ..no clue. it's coin silver though and the AR is definitely old style engraving

I'd say you should be happy.... Your lucky he was even able to straiten that mess and for $15 can't beat it !!

Looks good to me...I like the two spoons displayed together. Nice work for $15 bucks...I've spent that on two beers in the city with no nice spoon to show for it.
