I Always Wondered about these Guys With the Signs.
Is that Like Pumpkins on Thanksgiving
& Witches on Halloween ?
just part of Mardi Gras....

Or are they Complaining about People Letting Loose on Mardi Gras ?
& Using it as a reason for recruitment and busking for donations at the same time.
