Marinade for London Broil

2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 TBS worchestershire sauce
1 TBS dijon mustard
1 TBS brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper

Just put all the ingredients in a ziplock bag large enough to hold the london broil. Close the bag and mix the ingredients. Add the meat and put in the refridgerator....the longer in the fridge the better it tastes. You can use other cuts of meats...steaks, ribs...etc.

Take the london broil out of the bag but don't throw away the marinade. Pour the marinade in a pan and cook it until it simmers. To make the london broil, I either grill it or a broil it in my oven for about 15 minutes each side. Serve the london broil with the marinade as a gravy.

It's good! :P

This looks delish!!
Thanks for sharing it. I'll have to try it!
