:o Mona: I do have this other Recipe left by my late Mother:

1# Hamburger or Sausage, 1 sm. Chopped Onion, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Accent, 1/8 tsp Pepper, 2 tsp Chopped Fresh or Dried Parsley, 1/2 cup Rice, 6 Lg. Zucchini Squash, 3 Tbsp. Butter, & 1 cup Water.

Combine Meat, Onion, Salt, Accent, Pepper, Parsley, & Rice in large bowl. Mix Well. Scrape, but do not peel the Squash. Cut Crosswise into 3-4" Sections. Hollow out each Section & Discard the Pulp. Stuff each section w/ Meat Mixture & place in Large, Deep Pan. Add Butter & Water
& Simmer until tender, about 1 Hour. (More water can be added as necessary) Can be served w/ a Cheese Sauce!! (Serves 4-6)

It's pretty good considering I don't care for Zucchini much!

Thanks, Joe. That's kind of what I was looking for. Not a sweet squash...but more like something you could serve for dinner.
