What time period are Marion’s? If I found a point like that here in the Midwest I’d call it a Dickson from the early woodland period.

Marion's are in the middle to late Archaic period and almost exclusive to Florida. They are one of my favorite points.

Yes, get a bigger better frame. Those are very nice Marions. I started making my own years ago and they work well.

Yes, Marions and their cousin Newnan's are in my top 5. And of course I'm in Marion County
