Divemaster007, I think Bikerlawyer on this forum is an attorney. You may want to PM him.
I do know that Marlow White in Tallahassee is the Fisher Admiralty Attorney and I've spoken with him many times. He and his partner are very good Admiralty Attorney's. In Key West there is David Horan at one firm and Hugh Morgan at another. I believe Hugh Morgan charges around $350 an hour.
I would suggest that you call each attorney and they will tell you what their fee's are per hour.
Good Luck

Ask them for the names of the cases they have represented that were similar to yours.
Ask what were the issues and how were they decided.
Ask if they offer a free first consultation meeting.

Good advice Mackydon! I am a lawyer but handle mainly injury cases. I do some maritime but it is a very broad field. Are you looking to arrest a wreck, trying to get permits, following the upcoming law changes, creating contracts, insurance, salvage or what? Depends on your needs all lawyers know different stuff. But not many will give you a free consult!
