As of this moment, Assembly Bill 120 has not yet been sent to the Governor's disk. It was approved by the legislature on 06/15/2011. After approval, a bill goes to "Engrossing and Enrolling" before being transferred to the Governor's office. This bill currently remains at this step.

Interested Parties,

The legislative website http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/p...0&sess=CUR&house=B&author=committee_on_budget indicates that AB 120 was enrolled on July 12. I understand that to mean that it has gone to the Governor's Office for his consideration. I understand the Governor has 12 days to approve or veto legislation. I don't know for sure which date ends the 12 day period. If he takes no action, it is automatically approved.

i have sent the Govenor three email comments using my own words/comments.i have also sent him other comments from other sites aswell! and as i have said before ,other states are watching this and getting their own ideas that are spurred along by the USFS their darnself! this really isnt just a California thing like some say! the USFS is all over our Nation and very willing to do their thing regardless of what "we the people" think! some people in other states are helping, and more are starting to catch on to what is really going on to our nation as a whole!it is so important that we, get everyone we know to get involved in this fight for our rights,NOW! the rope is burning my hands and we need your help! will you help by sending several emails to Govenor Brown today or better yet, right now! its so easy, and we really need your help!
