Marx toy tools

I was given these by my mom. Not sure if they were from my grandmothers house because she used to work there or my father he used to work there as well. Didn't save anything I wish they had a whole house full!! However my question is about the tape measure. I see the rest of them and the Guns probably not too valuable I don't even see a makers Mark on them at all. But I don't see anything about the tape measure? I wonder if that might be more rare or if anyone has any idea about it. It does work..
