Maryland

Hello, fellow new member here! You're in a great state to find colonial era artifacts / coins. A lot of History where you're from. Just make sure the land your detecting is not private! Out here in Arizona the soil is much harder to dig / detect through. Most of what we find out here is old pottery, tools, and some spanish artifacts if you know where to look. Don't be discourages, and do some research about famous historical sights, where battles were fought, or trails used. You never know what you may come across!
