Went out. Lots of vim and vigour today. Dug everything in the park this time. Some things did pay off.
Hilites: 1963 young Lizzy Quarter(worth $8), another 1974 US Georgie (how the heck did I pull that off 2 days in a row?),
Keys, a TECH token, a Loonie, and some kind of neckless round attachment?

2 1974 US George quarters in 2 days...In Canada? I'm running out and gettin' a lottery ticket right now. lol

The US clad quarters really ring off sharply compared to the modern Cdn. quarters. Our Nickels, Dimes and Quarters all sound like loud junk and they make variable jumpy signals which is hard to decide if I dare dig it. The Cdn. '63 silver and the '67 cdn dime I found a month ago sing out bold and beautiful just like a silver ring. All Loonies and Toonies ring out even better and at higher readouts. I can call pennies (both US and Cdn) out before they surface almost every time...and I can't leave them in the ground...hence that's why I get so many every time I go. 🧲

Ya, yesterday's was in matted sod and this one was in black earth crumble. Very darkened quarters there! The next challenged will be to see if I can get a pre '65 US quarter. That would be pretty cool.

It kind of is. Maybe you guys do it often cuz it's your coins but up here I don't find many US quarters as it is.
