I found this entry in the Necronomicon by Abdul Alhazred:
"In 1874 in an ancient Aztec temple were found pictroglyphs which told of a horrible curse associated with a small gold statue. The statue was encased in a mohagony box with further warnings "Open only in case of Apocalypse". The wall symbols told of the fierce god Quetzelgottalottafeet, whose likeness in mere effigy was enough to tear holes in the fabric of time and space and suck the universe into the great nothingness of nowhere if viewed by more than 250 humans. Understandably, the archeologists were wise to never open the box and look upon the unholy idol within. They did shake the box and it sounded quite heavy.
The box containing the effigy of the fearsom Aztec god Quetzelgottalottafeet was last seen in the 1930's when it was encased in lead, wrapped in barbed wire and bound in a soiled diaper and given to an American pilot (along with a great deal of money and whiskey) who promised to drop it into the Atlantic Ocean over the mid-Atlantic subduction ridge so it would forever be entombed in the abyss and eventually drawn into the earth's molten core, destroying the greatest threat the world has yet known. We can all be thankful for that.
Unfortunately, the pilot was never seen again."
