Mayan Gold?

Anyone know what this item might be or possibly it's value? This item has been handed down through three generations (that we know of) and it was rumored to have belonged to a pilot from Colombia South America. He's about 1" tall.

Just a side note here, but the Arrow frog is very important among many cultures - the frog is called "arrow" because it is used to make poisoned arrows and darts. Very cool artifact, would be worth having looked at by professionals.
