ok..so it is applied...a decal...that helps...
I have seen the drawing of that hot air balloon before...I just seem to be having a case of CRS...

Sounds like you know your stuff!
 

I know little pieces of stuff...

but, the decal method places it post 1850...the color of the piece places it prior to 1920...that is the best I can do until I find that decal...
