Maybe I'll have better luck over here: China shard, can anyone identify?

Posted in Today's Finds and got some views but no replies. Maybe I'm asking in the wrong place. From these photos of one piece, front and back, can anyone identify the pattern and thereby date it, etc.?

History of Porcelain

interesting reading...Saxony perhaps?
does this piece appear to be closer to porcelain than stoneware?

I would say stoneware.

ok...have you examined the designs under a loupe? do dots make up the design? or is the design solid, as if applied with a brush?

ok..so it is applied...a decal...that helps...
I have seen the drawing of that hot air balloon before...I just seem to be having a case of CRS...

I know little pieces of stuff...

but, the decal method places it post 1850...the color of the piece places it prior to 1920...that is the best I can do until I find that decal...
