MD Question. Where Do You Find Rings?

I've been hunting the beaches for about 2 years and have never found a ring. I've found necklaces and anklets, but no rings. Do most of you find your rings in the water or at the sitting area?? Thanks in advance.

In local parks, check any permanent benches, southern facing hills, edges of sandboxes. MOMMAS take their rings off to give the pale skin underneath a tan.... may forget the ring. TTC

But I'm in arizona where would you find it there.

I've found them in both places.....and in parks too. The key for me was to try and find nickels and pull tabs. On average, I'd find a gold ring for every 10 nickels or 100 pull tabs. At the beach, I scoop every non-ferrous target....anything that makes a noise....even foil sounds. You'd be surprise how many you will find with "iffy" signals.
