MD Side Arm Redux

Let me start this post over again. This time with a photo. I am looking for a side arm, as shown, attached to the wand. I bought this so long ago, I forgot where from where I purchased it. Any help in locating a vendor would be appreciated.

Like I said in your original post, I remember seeing these. Even Kellyco doesn't carry them now. I've googled several combinations of description with no results.
