medal and good luck charm

hi i'm glad to see this site added Thank you!well I don't have much but I was wondering about these two items.one is A medal my daughter found with her bounty hunter.the front reads NORTHWESTERN OHIO COMMANDERIES, OLIVER PERRY, MEMORIAL 1812-1919 it has gold guilt on it and I think bronze underneath.the second item is A 57 varities good luck charm.it reads on the back [this charm entitles the wearier to 57 varities of good luck and happieness] anything anyone could find out about these would be greatful! Thank you!!
