Medal maybe? Help me find out

I guys after digging around my old property i found this interesting thing... It's lead appears to maybe have been gold plated at one time....
Maybe it's a decorative medal?
Found in central texas

No idea but I do think it is more likely pewter than lead.Pewter is a mix of lead ,tin and a small dose of copper. The lead in it is most likely oxidized and affected the obverse details. If you could get it cleaner it may have something more to tell.

Not exactly the same but close enough.
When you rotate it 180 degrees to match the hole at the bottom(like the pendulum) you can see what
looks like an asian man standing wearing the conical hat.

Actually it does look like an exact match with both having the same roof line and the same clump of grass. Yours is just worn and missing the sides. Bramblefind nailed it
