I went to a site where a house was recently torn down and I know was hit before by others. I wasn't too optimistic on finding anything, but within the first five minutes I had found a clad quarter, dime and two nickels around a tree, so my hopes went up. The half was found where the dirt was disturbed from where the bulldozer was brought in, so I think that most of the scratches on the half were fairly recent. This is only my second silver half and one that I can "scratch off" my list for finding.

The tokens were found on an adjacent lot that I had hit hard in the past. I had also found one wheat on the same lot that I found the half and two more wheat cents on another lot. This is my second Palmolive-Peet token which dates between 1926-28. The Grant Presidental token was from a 1950s' game. I adjusted my CTX settings and worked harder at working through the indistinct signals. Paid off this time.

The silver bracelet was found last week on a really trashy place and I thought it was aluminum until i tested it a couple of days ago. It was amazing that I found it around all the aluminum and bottle caps. I am not sure of the history or age of it. I believe that it is a low grade silver below .925.
