Merc, bling pin, and a Admiral Dewey badge/token

I thought I had posted this earlier today when I got home from hunting with Vino. Thanks George for sharing your sites with me, I had allot of laughs and good exercise. I must have hit the preview button and never hit the submit thread button, ugh.
I found a 1941 Merc, this Admiral Dewey metal/badge/token, I don't know what it is. It says Manila Victory on it, looks very old Has a date on it ,May 1 1898
scheaabs & s Co. then I think roman numerals under that? I like it wish I knew what it was.
The bling has Copyright JJ on the back, it was only about an inch deep, looks very new. Merc is in great shape, Had to leave early and George just couldn't believe I was cutting out from the new site, well he was sending me pix all the way home just rubbing it in. I'm glad he found that DB, its beautiful and he deserves it.
