Wow those are perrrty- someone's collection dump is someone's awesome find ;-)

very nice! my best dime box had 2 mercs in it, and there was a time for 6 weeks i was averaging a merc a week, hopefully your streak continues! Now I am hoping that I get at least one circulated dime box a week, i've been plagued with solid 2013 dime boxes scattered randomly throughout the banks.
thanks for sharing.

If I had your luck I'd be picking up all the dimes I could. Nice streak you've got going on there.

That's awesome. I got a box of the clear wrapped roles when I first started that had 7 Mercs in it but none of them looked nearly that good. Hope your luck continues!

I'm hitting dimes hard. I mainly focus on CWRs looking for that elusive collection dump. Today I only picked up $430 in dimes. Only found this Merc and a 1954 along with a 1966 40%er from a teller tray. Silver is silver!

Nice mercs usernameerror.

Impressive. I've found 2 mercs in rolls so far.

Those are pretty coins. That toned one looks cool. Your other '42 is so well struck it almost looks like a proof. Congrats.

Was thinking that as well about the 42. When I found it I noticed how thick the rim was. Much thicker than any other silver dime I've found. The strike is very detailed. Would it be a possibility that its a proof that made its way into circulation? I've heard if instances of satin Merc proofs. Is there any way to tell if its a proof or just a really good business strike?
