Merry Christmas to me, times 5

The first gift was the weather, it was a beautiful day to hunt! The ground was a bit muddy, but I don't care.

The 2nd gift were these three wheaties:



'46, 41-s, 56-d

3rd gift:



This was a fairly modern school yard!

4th gift:











Sterling silver, the "stone" is very questionable, it appears to have been cleaved.
The ring itself appears to be very well crafted and I think it might be quite old.
Even if not, I'll take it! LOL

Also got this knife:



It was almost a full foot down in some roots under a big pine tree!
I've found a few knives but for some reason, this one seems to be VERY well preserved!

Oh yeah! And this would be gift number 5:



It was another deep "penny" hit! Surprised the bejabbers out of me!

But just look at that silvery smile shining up at me!



This was my exit find for the day.

I felt complete and very blessed!


A VERY nice early Christmas if you ask me.





If it is the VERY last hunt of 2013 for me, it was a good one!

Yeah it does, kinda hard to see in my pic up there but, it's a letter "M" with an arrow pointing at it on both sides.

I found 1 earlier this year with sterling on the inside. It was made in 1947 I googled vintage makers marks and found all kind of list. Good luck.

I would say yes except the arrows in the picture have a downward angle to them while mine appear to be horizontal.

Congrats on lots of good finds! That ring does look old, guess it didn't take Blingie long to run right up and confiscate it! Knife with sides still intact and not all that rusted nice! IH and wheaties good shape! And to end the hunt with shinning silver that is awesome!
