I found this little guy this past Monday,tried to research and come at a dead end everytime.Trying to get a date on this....Thank's for your help.HH!!

Seems they run from 1973 to now. Found one similiar to yours but not the mover . This one is the garage eater.

They are called Road Rovers.

Looks like date for your car is probably 1992.
