Messages when you get an offer?

Did eBay stop sending messages whenever you receive an offer, or is it just my account? I get a notification, but no message in my inbox

Not for me. I got 2 lowball offers last week.

But, I made a lowball offer last night on an item that closes in 15 minutes from now and the seller just declined without even a counteroffer and he still has 9 more to sell. I made another offer by adding a dollar. I know i won't get it now because I explained that an offer deserves a counter offer or don't put up that make offer button. This guy has over 60,000 feedback points, he has got to know the game by now.

It could be broken, or off.

Go to your account, then communication preferences and check your "deliver options" to make sure your info is correct and subscribed. Then scroll down through all the sections (click to expand the menus) and make sure everything you want is turned on, there are options for "best offer", and "offers added".

Turns out though, they all randomly appeared tonight Oh well, thanks for the help guys
