Took my digging partner Bob out to an 1830s Trading post recently. Have pulled a lot of good finds from that site...dishware, claypipes, buttons, trade weight, ect... My friend is a former shipwreck diver from Florida, on 2 1700s Spanish ships. He dug his first musketball in the field that day. Morale of this boring post...No matter what someones past experiences are, this hobby brings new thrills and opens up new doors to appreciating history !
