Obviously not 100 percent true but when I saw this in the background at first it made me spit my coffee out. Appears to be a dude walking with a metal detector in the background behind Trump fast forward to 6:30 and wait for it lol

Not sure it was actually a metal detector he was carrying. If you notice, the man walks behind President Trump and when he reappears off Trump's right shoulder, he is holding a camera and taking a pic or filming.
