Metal detector question.

I have a question, can my detector reach old targets about 4-7 inches deep? It is a Bounty Hunter VLF treasure detector.Any help is great .thanks

As long is it is in good working shape, I don't see why not. 4. to 7 inches is nothing for a decent detector to pick up. Of course you have to remember that there are plenty of things that can affect any detectors performance, but that should not be a problem at all with it.
