✅ SOLVED metal triangle web on a stick??

I have no idea what this is, i found it about 8 inches down. i don't ever remember seeings anything like it in my day so im guessing maybe before my time? not sure if its an old toy of some sort...? it is made of cast aluminum i believe. its beside an Indian head penny in pic.
