metallic rock

i cannot figure out what the metal in this rock is, it sounded off my xlt loud at 4 inches. the white-ish parts are like a hard chalk, i can scratch it real easy. the color of the metal is real white like newly poured lead, or clean silver.

Hi !!

It is lead, probably.
Lead covers with white patin after some time in the ground (let's say around 50 years)

It might be a damaged musket bullet, or just somebody spilled lead while casting bullets.
I find quiet a lot such a things.
