Agree with Oklahoma Digger. Meteorites often show regmaglymphs, or ablation features, such as the Russian example shown, but they won't have vesicles like that. Holes are not impossible, the famous Tucson Iron displays a huge hole in it's center, but small vesicles covering the surface, no, that's actually a clue that it's not a meteorite.
