It has what COULD be fusion crust, but I can't figure out the concentric rings.. I have to go with no. Was it found in a known strewnfield? Could it have been worked by the Yavapai? Interesting!

I think it’s crust too. I can’t figure out the rings either! I’ll have to do some research on the Yavapai idea. Thank you!

Hematite I think can form in round nodules, scratch on porcelain if it leaves a red-brown streak its hematite

I'd never heard of moqui marbles, but now that I've gone and gotten myself ejamacated on the subject I'd say this one is solved. Great ID Knockneed Man!

Very welcome - Congrats on a great find! They supposedly hold a lot of shamanistic ritual powers if you’re into that type of stuff, but very cool geological story even if you’re not.
