Neither has any visible characteristics of meteorites. If you have an interest in meteorites, pick up a few handbooks and visit websites dedicated to meteorites.

Time for more coffee.
 

I collect meteorites

The top pic definitely looks like a meteorite. Most meteorites are of the stony type. The
rest are usually iron or nickel/iron. Some even have olivine crystals in them which makes
them highly desirable. If you want more info on meteorites, e-mail me.
