Mexican Token or?

Hello all.
I found an interesting "token" for lack of a better term, at a local park under some trees.
I originally posted it under Relics (see link below), but nada peep.

More than likely from a kids game or carnival token from Mexico something.
Curious none the less. If anyone has any input that would great.

It looks like a Spanish coin my daddy found a Spanish coin before it didn't look like that thought
