Hi everyone, I detected all weekend and among many many coins I found these 4 rings.
From left to right,
1- A Silver stamped 925 ring with Turqoise
2- A Silver stamped 925 ring, interesting design
3- A gold ring stamped 14K with a stone that I don't think is a diamond but I need to get it looked at
4- An old old old ring with all but one of the diamons missing from the settings. In the photo you can't really see the one diamond but it is there, small as ever, but it is there :)
Much love to all the Spring Breaker's and tourists on Miami Beach ;) ;) ;) ;D
Keep em coming :D

Nice finds. Any idea how old the old ring is?

Wish I could get out but we have snow coming down with a winter storm warning till seven tonight.

I see your in Florida. My wife and I are wanting to take a 1-2 week vacation their around October. I want to find a state or national park to camp in and would like to detect some local beachs and other places.

I wouldn't short-change that #3 ring. Looks like a diamond from here ;D. The #4 ring looks almost like Black Hills gold. It's a little blurry and hard to tell. Does it have gold/green/pink tinted little leaves on it? Resembles my wedding set a little. If so, it's probably not really that old old old. But Black Hills gold is soft; the leaf imprints wear down fairly quickly. Good finds!

Is Black Hills Gold 24k? I bought my wife a pair of earrings, ring and bracelet from Thialand in 24k gold which is very soft. But it's not as dark as that ring.

No, I don't think Black Hills gold is 24k. It's not that soft. I had a pair of hoop earrings from Vietnam that were 24k. They were so malleable, I could apply a little pressure and turn them from circles into ovals, etc. Finally gave them to my niece because I fiddled with them too much and they took on their own life. :D The BHG I'm familiar with has imprints in it that give it a leaf texture. Over a period of years, those imprints will wear down and they then look like oval beads, not leaves. Mine is beginning to wear down on one side now. The colors in the #4 ring look like BHG. The shape looks somewhat like a flower. Mine has a diamond set down into the "flower" with a diamond on each side.

I am definitely going to get the #3 ring looked at tomorrow morning and see what the stone is. Judging by the setting I don't think it is a diamond but we shall see.
And regarding #4, it is not black hills gold, it was in the sand for WAY too long and that is what has chewed it up something good.
I am just waiting for the wind to die down here in Miami, I am itching to get into the surf and shallows at Miami Beach. So many tourists wearing their jewelry in the water it makes my mouth water watching :o

Awesome finds!!!! :o

Keep 'em coming!!! ;)
