Miami Beach Rental

I'm travelling to South Beach for a long weekend. I can't pack the DFX for the trip and am wondering if anyone knows of Miami area dealers that would rent a detector for a day or 2. I'm very interested in purchasing an Excalibur and would love to demo one. I understand I'd have to put down a significant security deposit. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Jacks, I don't know of any dealers in South Beach that rent or sell detectors. The only place I can think of would be Reilly's Treasured Gold in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Probably about an hour or so away from SoBe dependin on traffic.

I hunt Sobe a lot, good spot for gold at the right time!

Sorry I can't help on info about a detector rental. I have an excalibur and have detected the sand and surf south miami (vicinity of 20th street) several times. I really enjoy that area! Lots of sights and sounds! Pretty hip place to be!

I'm flying into Tampa on the 24th with 4 nights in Naples. 8) South Miami is on the top of my list to detect!
