Think I spoke to this guy once or twice!!

Mujibar was trying to get a job in India

The Personnel Manager said, "Mujibar, you have
passed all the tests, except one. Unless you pass
it you cannot qualify for this job."

Mujibar said, "I am ready"

The manager said, "Make a sentence using the
words Yellow, Pink and Green."

Mujibar thought for a few minutes and said,
"Mister manager, I am ready"

The manager said, "Go ahead."

Mujibar said, "The telephone goes green, green,
and I pink it up, and say, 'Yellow, this is Mujibar.'"

Mujibar now works as a technician at a call
center for computer problems.

No doubt you have spoken to him.

Unfortunately Mujibar is the reason I am stopping mentioning that I am a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. They are certainly annoying to call at any time.

Thank god with my alliance I get American support.

Don't have a problem with the accent. They have more of a problem with my hillbilly accent than I do with theirs. I do have a problem with the fact that when it comes to hard networking problems in large network enviroments they are clueless. I have only had to call em 2 times and both times I got 7 transfers before I was put with an American who knew the answer.

The second call I heard them in the background taking a poll on whether they should tell me to try what I was going to try or not. They openly said they didn't know so they would just vote to give me the answer. I could tell when I told him a guessed vote would not work that he was embarrassed that he forgot to put me on hold.
