Found this today in PA. Is there anyway to identify if it's WW1 or WW2? Thank you!

Yeap, looks like an US Army dress uniform button. As for the date period, I'm not well versed on the backmarks, so I can't help with that.

I read that if the eagle is facing left it’s a WW1 button. If facing right it’s WW2 and newer.
