Both the NB Provincials and Artillery are about 1790s, the Artillery maybe slightly later or earlier, there is many types. Each of the Maritime provinces had provincial units and the buttons all look like that. The middle button I believe is something like the 4th East India Company Volunteers and probably dates around 1812.

As for rarity, any early military button I wouldn't call a common find, but the values for these would be in the common range. If you get into some Loyalist stuff that can, and most likely will, change greatly. Badges and belt plates through the roof. (even the right button can be a nice 4 figure find)
