Yes "W.B. CO" is a backmark for the Waterbury Button Company which they used into modern times. Are they "Great Seal" buttons?

These were in a pint jar of assorted buttons. They look pretty new, but I’m not up on the subject. The other buttons were a mix of plastic and clam shell punch outs. Couldn’t resist for $1
