✅ SOLVED Military cloth badge "140 OPS" - need help to identify

hi Guys,

have not posted here in a while, but really need any militaria expert to help my identify this cloth badge.
Found it with a lot of other metal badges ( mainly South African, some British, and some SWA )

alll help will be appreciated, I searched on google for images that match, but nothing, scarce? valuable?
I would like the story behind this badge.

I would look for South African or British 140th OPS Radar patch not badge, OPS could be Operations or Opitics.

Quick update,

I have had 2 responses from collectors in South Africa, both agree, it is not South African, the other one thinks it might by USA. please anyone can help me identify this cloth patch.

just an update, Frank from Air Force Collectibles RAF NATO USAF Patches Badges Stickers Pins answered this for me today :

This patch is for 140 Radar Squadron South African Air Force. Looks like it is from the 1980s Bush War era.
