I haven’t been able to find an exact match to ID this. Had a friend say it was WW11, but appears to be older with the hint of gold guilt on the front. Any thoughts or ideas are Much appreciated!!! Thank You in advance 😁

Looks to be a mid/late WWII style, screw back, enlisted Coast Guard Artillery collar disk aka collar brass.

Your crossed cannons seem to be a different color than the disk itself. That said this is what yours would've looked like in a newer/cleaner condition.
