Military? Eagle pendant with flag and what looks like my second ww1 dogtag

Can anyone give me any info on he pendant? I believe the disk is an aluminum dogtag from ww1 but need to clean it more.

yes WW I dog tag - ive found a few - they aren't good aluminum - its almost like they have zinc in them
I found 2 in pretty good shape but other one is like yours - think that is why they stopped using them
I think blood used to really eat them up on the battle field - it would corrode them and become unidentifiable
