Can anyone identify this pin...is about 1/2 inch around, found a couple of inches down...Military or Girl Scout/ Brownie....and if military, what is it? Thanks.

Think its a year pin, also comes with a number,
(number of years) in the middle. Girl/Boy Scouts.

It's a girlscout pin. boy scouts will have a number on it.

Absolutely Girl Scout.

The girl gets a star for each year she is active in Scouts.

The color of the plastic disk behind the star denotes whether it was Juniors, Seniors, etc.
