minelab blue headphone repair

I picked up a pair of older blue excal headphones that work but the outer sheathing where the cable enters the headphones is gone, exposing the wires. I'm wondering how these come apart to be able to cut and splice and make them waterproof again. I was hoping to change connectors and use them on my nox. Thanks

They come a part right where the blue and gray meet..by prying
