I have heard the horror stories from years past.. Well I can honestly say, and you can like it or not... I sent my E-Trac in 1 week ago Monday(on their dime) for a power cycling issue. They received it Wednesday the 28th. I called and made sure they had it.. The lady I spoke to told me 10 to 15 business days.. so I'm thinking last of next week.. Well 1hour ago the UPS guy dropped off my repaired E-Trac.. Now that is frickin fast!!
