Minelab Equinox 900 not updating

Hi all, I’m new here and very excited to try out my new Equinox 900 received today. I’ve verified that it’s genuine but when I downloaded the software update, my computer isn’t recognising the detector. I can’t update. I’ve tried on my pc and my husband’s Mac. I’ve tried using my husbands usb charge cable. He got a Manticore and had no issues.

Has anyone had this problem with the 900?

I'm aware of an upgrade to the 900. When did that come out?

Hi Cudamark, it’s a software update, not an upgrade.

That's what I mean. There is a software upgrade to the 900? I wasn't aware of one.

Sorry guys, my husband found out that there isn’t a software upgrade for the 900. So that’s why it’s not reading it. Problem solved! Thanks
