As most of you know, I offer a payment plan to my customers. It is very successful, and I probably have over 100 people on them right now. The payment plan involves a commitment to complete the transaction. Unless of a real emergency I will refund the money, but if they start the plan and just want to back out, then the customer is committed to complete.
